Extended Care – Promise Road Campus

This registration form does not guarantee placement into the WDM Extended Care program at this time. Extended Care is offered to Kindergarten siblings first and then open to all other WDM students on a first-come first-served basis. 

I understand that at the time our child is accepted into the Extended Care program, both the current month and the May 2027 fee will be due. I agree that I am responsible for the total monthly fee whether or not my child attends all sessions. If I decide to discontinue this program before the end of any month, I agree that I am responsible for the remainder of that month’s fee. The May Extended Care fee will be eligible for refund if my child withdrawals from Extended Care prior to March 1.
